I am an award winning freelance photographer - Having grown up in Central Otago I have lived the later half of my life in Auckland. Fortunate to travel regularly, I have observed my surroundings largely through the lens. I am passionate about people & flower photography. My photographic murals hang in large corporates, including the Hyatt & Crowne Plaza Hotels, Klein Architects and Epsom on The Park Retirement Village.

Twice The Chinese Govt. through CPA have invited me to visit their amazing country. One trip to Tibet ' In The Eyes of 100 Photographers' and the other to Xinjiang in North China.
I have had two children's books published. "Sam's Day in the City" and "Amy's Day in the Country "
Several exhibitions of my work have been held mainly in the Auckland area and I have work in private collections in New Zealand and Internationally.
I was the President of The Photographic Society of New Zealand an organisation that welcomes visiting photographers to attend their meetings and events. www.photography.org.nz
